There are two sizes available to fit ceiling heights of 2700mm and 3250mm and there are two model options; standard or deluxe.
Both models come with:

36mm hatch door with a pine frame finished on each side

Hatch door insulation co-efficient of 1.1 W/m2K.

Outer side of door (visible when closed) is smooth with no fixing points visible.

Pole and lock supplied make closing the hatch door easy.

Ladder is fastened with angle brackets to enable the ladder to be positioned and fixed precisely.

Unique opening mechanism allows for easy access to the loft.

Treads are fitted using dovetail joints for added durability.
